Our business specializes in owning and operating income producing shopping centres. Our growth comes from improving our assets and purchasing built out shopping centres. We have a mix of new format shopping centres, open air strip plazas and enclosed shopping malls.
Our objective is to generate consistent distributions to Unitholders and our avenues of growth include internal through increasing portfolio occupancy, active redevelopment and external through strategic acquisitions.
We have a strategic relationship with SmartCentres which provides development and leasing support.
